Finalist Simone D. Phillip

Simone D. Phillip is a 19-year-old student at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, who hails from Greenland.

A video and voice recording of her first performance in church captured the life changing moment for her.

She plays the piano, guitar, and flute. Her mother inspires her, and her favourite singer is Haley Williams and So Hyong.  Her favourite type of music is rock, k-pop, ballads, and classical. 

In the next five to 10 years, Simone sees herself closer to mastering and having full control of her vocal abilities as well as having more confidence and self-assurance in her voice.
