Finalist, Mya K. Brown

Hailing from Baugher’s Bay 20 year old Mya, knew she could sing at the tender age of five, when she began singing in the shower.  She ministered for the first time in Church at the New Testament Church of God, and since then, she has performed publicly on numerous occasion.  Mya is also a piano player.

Mya says that her favourite artist Whitney Houstonis is her inspiration.  Mya appreciates a variety of music genres, ranging from pop, to R& B, and Reggae.  

In the next five to 10 years, Mya sees herself as a famous singer, performing worldwide and winning, “mega grammys”.
