In accordance with section 37(1)(a) of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007 Mr. David D. Archer, Jr. will act in the Office of the Governor with effect from Saturday, December 22 to Thursday, December 27 during the absence of the Governor from the Virgin Islands.

Subsequently, in accordance with section 37(1)(b) of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007, Mrs. Rosalie Adams is to act in the Office of the Governor with effect from Thursday, December 27 to Friday, January 4, 2019 during the absence of both the Governor and the Deputy Governor from the Virgin Islands.

The public is also notified that in accordance with Section 36(2)(b) of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007, Mr. Glenroy Forbes is to act in the Office of the Deputy Governor with effect  from Thursday, December 27 to Friday, January 4, 2019 during the absence of the Deputy Governor from the Virgin Islands.
