The following approved groups of uniformed emergency essential workers are allowed to obtain essential supplies with Government issued identification from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on April 22, 23 and 24. All other essential workers are to access grocery stores through online and deliveries services.

The approved list of uniformed emergency essential workers include Police officers, Prison Officers, Water and Sewerage personnel, Fire and Rescue Officers, Employees of BVI Electricity Corporation, Employees of BVI Health Services Authority, Customs and Immigration officers, Employees of the BVI Ports Authority, Employees of the BVI Airport Company Limited, Employees of Adina Donovan Home, Employees of Safe Haven Transitional Centre, Employees of Rainbow Children Home and Employees of Special Services Centre.

The approved grocery stores on Tortola are:
