A cohort of Immigration Officers, along with senior Immigration and Government officials are pictured at the opening ceremony of a week-long Law Enforcement and Customer Service Training Workshop organised by the Immigration Department and the Training Division. The workshop commenced on November 17 and was facilitated by Mrs. Judith Vanterpool. The training is one aspect of the department’s immigration reform programme. It is anticipated that following the capacity-building sessions, participating officers would be able to provide an improved customer service experience to clientele accessing services at all ports of entry.
