The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument Nos. 49 Imposition of a Curfew (No.15) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  

Within this Order all businesses and establishments not listed under Section 4, are authorised to open from 6^th May, 2020 for the purpose of making adaptations for Social Distancing, Hygiene requirements and for inspection by the Social Distancing and Monitoring Task Force in preparation for reopening from Sunday 10^th May, 2020.  All businesses will require approval by the authorities to open to the public.

The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 56 dated 6^th May, 2020.
