The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 104 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 31) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 121, dated 12th September, 2020.

Under Statutory Instrument No. 104, the Curfew continues in effect until Wednesday, 16th September, 2020, between the hours of 1:01 p.m. and 4:59 a.m. daily, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

A person may open and operate a business or establishment from the date this Order comes into force until Wednesday, 16th September, 2020 from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily, provided that such businesses and establishments have been inspected and approved by the Social Distancing Monitoring Task Force and certified by the Environmental Health Division. Additionally, no person shall open or operate any of the following businesses or establishments from the date this Order comes into force to Wednesday, 16th September, 2020:  salons; hairdressers; barber shops; restaurants (for in service dining); bars; night clubs; and pubs.
