The public is invited to the Ministry of Education and Culture’s annual Inter Secondary School Debates on Thursday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Althea Scatliffe Primary School Courtyard.

Students will debate the moot, “Privatisation of the public sector will serve the public interest in the Virgin Islands” and battle to achieve the title of 2018-2019 Inter Secondary School debate winners.
