The public is advised that the Magistrate’s Court will be having limited sittings beginning July 25.

The John’s Hole Magistrate’s Court will be open for arrest matters only commencing Monday, July 25 until Wednesday, August 31.

The Virgin Gorda Magistrate’s Court will be closed for all matters commencing Monday, July 25 until Thursday, September 1.

The Prospect Reef Magistrate’s Court will be closed for all matters, commencing Monday, July 25 and ending Friday, September 2.

Please note that this notice affects court sittings only and does not relate to the administrative offices of the court. The court offices will remain open Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with cash collections between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.

Members of the public are asked to be guided accordingly.
