The Ministry of Finance is reminding all Corporate Service Providers that in accordance with SI No. 13 of 2019 – Beneficial Ownership Secure Search System (Fees) Regulations, 2019 Section 3 (3), The fees outlined in Part A of the Schedule are due and payable by the legal and corporate entities who are subject to the Beneficial Ownership Secure Search System Act, 2017 on or before the 30^th day of June of each year.

The purpose of the fees in 2025 are related to Economic Substance matters which will be filled in the system for 2025.
