The public is reminded that only land claim applications for Anegada that have been vetted and advanced as recommendations by the Anegada Advisory Lands Committee (AALC) for land allocations will be honoured by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration.

Land claims not advanced by the committee or claims based on illegal construction without the proper approval will not be processed.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration recognises and appreciates the partnership established with the AALC and wishes to continue resolving the ancestral land issues that residents of Anegada continue to face.
