The BVI Health Services Authority is alerting the community that outpatient pharmacy operations at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital will be interrupted from Tuesday, March 23 until Thursday, April 1 to facilitate the implementation of the Meditech Health Information System Software. The pharmacy will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. 

The public is strongly encouraged to utilise the Pharmacy’s WhatsApp service at 1-284-440-1726 to electronically submit any new prescriptions or refill requests during this period. Any inconvenience caused is regretted and the public is urged to remain patient as the authority strives to improve the consistency and quality of its services.
