Pig farmers and other interested persons are invited to a workshop on Friday, August 24.

The session will be held at the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports conference room located on the second floor of the Ward’s Building from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Topics to be discussed include:

• Housing Management           
• Pig diseases and Parasites
• Breeding Management
• Feeding Management
• Reproductive disorders and diseases
• Business Plans
• Record Keeping
• Waste management

Interested Farmers are invited to register at the Department of Agriculture or contact Dr. Latisha Martin on 340-8008.

Farmers attending the workshop are also asked to be on time.
