The Government of the Virgin Islands through the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade is inviting Proposals for Consultancy Services for Digital Transformation- Government of the Virgin Islands.

The proposed scope of works is for providing effective leadership and coordination for a comprehensive approach to the digital transformation of government services. This includes but is not limited to serving as an advisor to the Government regarding its Digital Transformation strategy; providing guidance on the specific strategies required to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap; conducting training and providing leadership to key stakeholders responsible for implementing the digital transformation strategy; performing an institutional analysis for the agreed digital transformation activities, including resource requirements and estimated budgets for each specific activity; and providing technical support to the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade, Deputy Governor's Office, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant government agencies in the rollout of digital transformation.

Procurement Coordinator, Mrs. Ishma Rhymer said eligible tenderers are required to provide a valid Trade Licence related to the provision of the required services and submit Certificates of Good Standing in respect of the Social Security and taxes, including Payroll and Income Tax, from VI Social Security Board, National Health Insurance and Inland Revenue, amongst other relevant documentation.

Bid documents will be available from Tuesday, 18^th July, 2023 weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Documents will be sent to bidders electronically upon request to procurement@gov.vg with the subject title “Consultancy Services for the Digital Transformation – Government of the Virgin Islands”.

A virtual pre-tender meeting via Webex is scheduled for Wednesday, 2^nd August 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The access code and password will be provided prior to the meeting. All prospective tenderers are invited to attend.

Electronic copies of the Proposal must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 14^th August 2023. The submission must be a non-editable format and not exceeding 10 MB. The body of the email submission should include the name and address of the applicant and the subject of the email shall be “Consultancy Services for the Digital Transformation – Government of the Virgin Islands”. Late tenders will not be received.
