Persons unsatisfied with insurance claim(s) decisions are invited to submit their grievances to the Insurance Tribunal.

The tribunal will mediate between an insurer and the insured with the objective of reaching an amicable settlement between both parties. The tribunal will also advise an insured of his or her options in the event that the insurer and the insured are unable to reach an amicable settlement.
