The public is notified that the Rate Us platform available at rateus.gov.vg, is now accessible following a system outage.

The Rate Us platform allows the public to rate the quality of the service it receives from public officers from different departments.

The Government of the Virgin Islands regrets any inconveniences caused during the system outage.
