The public is advised that the Rate Us platform (https://rateus.gov.vg) will be temporarily inaccessible to facilitate an upgrade to a new and improved interface.

The site will be accessible again on Tuesday, January 31.

‘Rate Us’ is a tool designed to help the Public Service recognise exceptional and address unsatisfactory customer service by allowing customers to submit feedback via the platform.
