The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) Board is seeking formal requests for proposals from suitable individuals or companies in the area of human resources. This is for a short-term assignment to develop the human resource capability on behalf of the newly established RDA. More details are available in the Terms of Reference available at www.bvirecovery.vg.  Interested companies or individuals are invited to submit proposals by June 24 to the Head of the Implementation Task Force Mr. Neil Smith at nmsmith@gov.vg.
