Background:

The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) in the British Virgin Islands was established to implement the Government’s recovery plan following the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017. The Government of the Virgin Islands, as part of its economic development agenda has recently required the BVI Airports Authority to make the required improvements to the TBLIA to enable direct air access to and from the major international destinations on the east coast of the United States as a matter of high priority

The RDA now invites interested eligible consulting firms to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the provision of these services. To be considered for selection, the following criteria must be met:

1. Qualification & Experience of the firm

2. Technical competence

3. Local & regional experience

4. Similar assignments

5. Financial capability & existing commitments
