Background:
The Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) in the British Virgin Islands was established to implement the Government’s recovery plan following the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017. 

The RDA now invites commercial banking institutions to submit proposals for the provision of a full range of cash management services. Interested commercial banking institutions must provide information to demonstrate their capability and experience to undertake these services. 

To review the requirements of the simple proposal to be submitted, interested commercial banking institutions may request a copy of the Terms of Reference by sending an e-mail to: procurement@bvirecovery.com 

Submission of Proposals:

Proposals for the provision of these services must be clearly identified and must be delivered via direct mail or e-mail at the address indicated below by 4:00 PM on Thursday 11th April 2019:
