The Ministry of Finance is requesting that all company restoration filings be served on the Financial Secretary in accordance with the BVI Business Companies Act (2020 Revised Edition) (the "Act") as amended. The filings are to be submitted to restorationsbvi@gov.vg. In the event that a physical copy is submitted to the Ministry of Finance, kindly provide an additional unbound copy of any bound filings.
