All visitors who remain in the BVI following the closure of its borders are being informed that no penalties will be placed for staying beyond the issued Immigration entry permit upon entering the Territory. 

Persons seeking to do business with the Immigration Department are also urged to make an appointment to have their matters addressed when the office reopens.
