As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue.  

Effective immediately, any document which must be served on the Attorney General may be served by email at agclitigation@gov.vg   This notice applies to all documents to be served under Civil Procedure Rule 5.6 as well as any originating or other document in an arbitration, mediation or other dispute resolution matter where documents are required to be served on another party under the applicable rules or by agreement.

All other correspondence should be directed to agc@gov.vg.
