Representatives from the Government of the Virgin Islands, academia and non-governmental organisation (NGO) representatives are featured as they discussed the opportunities and challenges of the Blue Economy.

Discussions included how the ocean can support achievement of national development goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the context of SDG 14 - Life Below Water.
