The public is notified that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour is not accepting any new applications for Crown Lands until further notice, as the distribution of lands is currently under review as part of the Commission of Inquiry reform process to satisfy recommendation B30 (Disposal of Crown Land Policy).

Individuals who have submitted applications in the past will be informed of the new process when the review is complete. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
