The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenderers to submit proposals for the rehabilitation of the Central Administration Complex.

The proposals include providing Consultancy Service for the Engineering and Architectural Design; Construction Supervision and Contract Management.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $250.00 payable by cash or banker cashier’s cheque to the Accountant General

A Pre-Tender meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 24, 2018 in the Central Administration Complex, Eastern Atrium 2^nd Floor Conference Room No. 2 at 10:00 a.m.  This will be followed by a site visit.  All prospective tenderers are invited to attend.

All tenders must be deposited to the Ministry of Finance no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.  Tenders will not be received after the “Tender Box” is closed.
