The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that three (3) Bills have been published for public review. All three, which were introduced and read for the first time in the House of Assembly on Monday, 13th January, 2025, are now available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

The Commercial Recreational Vessels Licensing (Amendment) Bill, 2024, the Cruising and Home Port Permit (Amendment) Bill, 2024, and the Customs Management and Duties (Amendment) Bill, 2024 were published in an ordinary issue of the Gazette No. 6 dated 16th January, 2025.
