Importers are notified that a public auction of unclaimed goods will be held on Saturday March 27 at the BVI Ports Authority in Port Purcell beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Unclaimed goods may be cleared by Friday, March 26, provided that importers produce a bill of lading, invoice or any other relevant documentation before goods are cleared. Shipping fees or any other incidentals must be paid to shipper of goods before Her Majesty’s Customs allows clearance. Perishable goods will not be auctioned and will be disposed of due to the duration of time at the ports.

Attached is a copy of the Auction List, additionally, copies will be posted at HM Customs stations in Road Town, Port Purcell, West End, Beef Island, Virgin Gorda and the main Headquarters for viewing only.
