The Government of the Virgin Islands, Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour, is seeking to fill the role of Chairman of the Labour Arbitration Tribunal. The Labour Arbitration Tribunal’s role is to resolve labour disputes with integrity and accountability. This includes complaints on unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, redundancy and discrimination in the workplace.
