The Government of National Unity is hosting Territory-wide meetings to facilitate further discussion and feedback on the recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry Report and other reforms.

Permanent Secretary in the Premier’s Office Mrs. Carolyn Stoutt Igwe, told the Department of Information that the meetings on the ‘Framework for Implementation of the Recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry Report and other reforms’ are being hosted throughout the Virgin Islands to ensure everyone has a chance to not only ask questions, but to provide any ideas or recommendations.

Mrs. Igwe said, “We encourage members of the public to read the document and come prepared to share their ideas on how we can further improve the functioning of Government institutions and systems that support good governance.”

The next discussion is being hosted later today at The Watch House from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Future meetings will be held on the following dates:
