Water and Sewerage

As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. In order to better serve our clients safely, The Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) at Baughers Bay, Tortola, will temporarily adjust our services that can be provided to our customers.

Services will be delivered by appointment only.  Appointments can be made by contacting the Public Service Customer Service Care Centre via telephone at 468-3701 or online at www.bvips.org.

Persons requiring bills are asked to request via email at wsd@gov.vg, providing the name/lease number on the account. Please allow one to two days for a response.

For additional services see below:

  • For final readings, requests are to be made two (2) days in advance of move, telephone 468-5834 or 468-5901.
  • To report leaks, telephone 468-5797
  • For sewerage concerns, telephone 468-5799

Services at the Virgin Gorda WSD will open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to offer business as usual.
