Administration Unit
The functions of the Administration Unit include: conducting records management, processing of salary advance requests, analyses government employee social security benefit claims, and office management.
Human Resources Unit
In conjunction with the Human Resources Department of the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Human Resources Unit of the Ministry of Finance, responsibilities include: Advising the Financial Secretary, on Ministry of Finance wide staffing matters, such as Recruitment, and Training. The Human Resources Unit also coordinates, all Strategic Planning exercises. Ensuring that the Ministry is equipped with the tools necessary to meet their Strategic Objectives.
