This application is to register to become a qualified voter while living in the United States Virgin Islands

Process

Step 1:  The Applicant will submit their Application (Form No. 7) via email or at the office. This application must be supported with one of the below listed documents.

• BVI Birth Certificate ( Along with a copy of a valid Government issued Identification)

• BVI Passport (Need a copy of the Seal impression on page 4)

• Naturalization Certificate dated before June 15th 2007( Along with a copy of a valid Government issued Identification)

• Belonger Card 

Step 2:  Upon receipt of the relevant documents the application will then be processed.   

Step 3:   The applicant will then receive a text, email or letter notifying them of the decision in relation to their application.
