Members of the public may contact the Treasury Department to inquire whether a cheque has been prepared for them and is ready to be collected
Process
Step 1: Customer calls or comes into the Treasury Office and provides their name.
Step 2: The Officer will search for the requested cheque.
Step 3: If query is via telephone, customer is to present him/herself to the Treasury Department with valid photo identification to collect the cheque. If present, customer also present a form of valid photo identifcation to the Treasury Cashier.
Step 4: Customer signs to acknowledge receipt of cheque.
Step 5: If the cheque is not available, the customer continues to query with the department and proceed to Step 3 once the cheque is ready to be collected.
