Conference Room Facility Access

The Road Town library provides a conference room for private citizens and civic organizations to use. The conference room can hold up to 20 people and is an ideal space for small discussion meetings or as a quiet study area. The room is equipped with tables, chairs, dry erase board and audio/visual equipment such as a TV and DVD player.

Step 1: Customer would have to physically visit or call the Road Town Public Library or follow the instructions for online reservation and Conference room availability.

Step 2: Customer would be required to complete the Conference Room Reservation Form and return to the Circulation Desk in order to reserve the conference room.

Step 3: Customer would then use the Conference Room on the specified reserved date.
