Step 1: Customer would have to visit the Public Library and enquire about using the computer. 

Step 2: Customer must sign the time schedule book at the Circulation Desk. (Customer is served on a walk-in, first come basis.) 

Step 3: Customer must present any external storage device to library staff at the Circulation to be scanned for viruses. 

Step 4: Customer would then physically access the computers that are designated for the database in the Public Library. If the designated is in use then the customer must wait until one becomes available. We ask that all patrons be reasonable in their requests for Internet access. Customers who have been at a computer terminal for more than one (1) hour may be asked to give up their spot if all other terminals are being used and other patrons are waiting. That customer will be allowed to sign for another time. 

Step 5: Customer would then utilize the Microsoft Office program. The customer would have the option to print if needed.
