Step 1:  Truancy Officers monitor student’s attendance by visiting schools on a regular basis.

Step 2:  Any identified truant student is warned and parents are contacted and warned to ensure that
            students attends school regularly.

Step 3:  Truant students are regularly monitored to assess behavior or identify improvement.

Step 4:  Delinquent parents are given written notice and warning.
