Persons applying for curfew passes are advised that approved passes are issued only after a new Curfew Order is published in the Virgin Islands Official Gazette.

A pleasant good day and God’s Blessings to all Virgin Islanders and residents. First let me thank our residents of the Virgin Islands for cooperating with the measures put in place due to this current curfew order.
Given the recent developments of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the curfew announced by the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Gazette Unit, Cabinet Office is notifying the public and its clients of the following:
The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 93 Imposition of a Curfew (No.28) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website
The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Act No. 14 – The Virgin Islands Gaming and Betting Control Act, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.
The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 86 Imposition of a Curfew (No.25) Order, 2020 is now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

The public is hereby notified that the Cabinet Office, including the Gazette Unit, will be relocating from the Sebastian Building to the 3rd floor of the Elliott Hodge Building on Flemming Street.
The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No.84 Public Health (COVID-19 Control and Suppression Measures- Jost Van Dyke) Order, 2020 are now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/. The Instrument was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 92 dated 21st July, 2020.
