The Cane Garden Bay Revetment Project was launched with a literal splash as a symbolic “first” rock was dropped into the ocean at the site of the proposed revetment.
Residents of Cane Garden Bay are asked to desist from parking in the area adjacent to the bus stop at the bottom of Soldier’s Hill as works are scheduled to begin in the area on Friday, April 7.
Deputy Premier and Minister for Natural Resources and Labour, Dr. the Honourable Kedrick Pickering has announced that the Territory was allotted Euro 1,297,384(approximately USD $1,378,081) in resources to design and implement physical adaptation projects.
