Seismic Engineers from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez (UPRM) are in the Territory to undertake maintenance works on a number of seismic and strong motion stations that are strategically located throughout the Territory.
Mr. Stoutt said, “The project is on the move. There are a number of activities on-going and there are more activities slated to start in the coming week or two. We are on track to having this project completed by the end of the year.”

The Ministry of Communications and Works is informing the public that construction work will commence this week on a retaining wall in the vicinity of the Lydia Turnbull residence in Meyers Estate.

Festivities for the completion of the expansion of the Cruise Pier peaked yesterday with fireworks as the Territory joined with Government officials in celebrating the completed project
