The 2020 Law Year of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) will commence for the first time at the start of a calendar year, on Monday, January 13.

Good day to all in the Virgin Islands. I am sad to share that Kim Hollis, a Queen’s Counsel who has served the Territory as the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) since 2016, has decided to leave the public service in December as a result of the need for her to take care of an ailing family member.
On 20th December, 2018 The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force began an investigation into the sudden death of Dr. Joseph Horgan, who was retrieved by Police from the waters of the British Virgin Islands.
The public is notified that the Special Sitting to mark the opening of the 2018-2019 Law Year of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court is now available for viewing.
