Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable A. Fahie welcomed the Captain and crew of the M/V Le Dumont-d'Urville cruise ship on its inaugural call to the Virgin Islands on Saturday, November 16.
Mariners are advised that a Seaplane will conduct test operations for landing and take-off in an area to the east of the Passenger vessel berths. This is proposed to take place on the 7th Nov 2019 around 10.00 Hours.
Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie is featured on October 21 as he presented a plaque on behalf of the Government and people of the Virgin Islands to the captain of the Viking Sun in commemoration of the ship’s inaugural call to the Virgin Islands.
The BVI Ports Authority, Virgin Gorda Branch is informing the public that due to high ground sea swells at the St. Thomas Bay Jetty, no vessels will be able to operate from that location until further notice.

In commemoration of Carnival Sunrise’s inaugural call to the Virgin Islands, Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie presented a plaque to the captain of the vessel on behalf of the Government and people of the Virgin Islands.
