Officers from Her Majesty’s Customs are celebrating Customs week 2017.

The ‘Your Government at Work’ magazine is now available online at www.bvi.gov.vg.

The improved internal processes used to deliver faster and more efficient services to industry partners and the public will be highlighted during Customs Week 2017.

Deputy Governor Mrs. Rosalie Adams is acting in the Office of Governor until Monday, January 16.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE has described his Fourth Annual Christmas Around the World as a successful and fruitful event.

The public is invited to the ‘Grand Christmas Event’ this Friday, December 23 at the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The public is informed that in observance of the upcoming holidays, Government offices will be closed at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23 and again on Friday, December 30.

Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Honourable Gaston Browne paid a courtesy visit on Premier, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE during his visit to the Territory this week. The Prime Minister was attending the regional conference on current development in International Taxation and the Impact on Caribbean Jurisdiction.

The Deputy Governor’s Office is encouraging members of the public to attend this year’s Remembrance Day Serviceon Sunday, November 13.
