Madam Speaker, I would like at this time to provide an update on the Joe’s Hill Housing Development project being undertaken by the Social Security Board.

The Government of the Virgin Islands invites eligible and qualified bidders for Project Management Services to supervise nine social homes to be constructed on Tortola, Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke.

Homeowner, Ms. Bernerdean Brazier and her family have received the keys to a brand new home as part of the Government of the Virgin Islands Housing Recovery Assistance Progarmme

Ms Brazier who was previously displaced by the hurricanes of 2017 received the keys to her new home during a short handover ceremony on Thursday October 13.
