Businesses reopening in the Virgin Islands must be approved by the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs.

The Department of Trade, Investment Promotions and Consumer Affairs is advising businesses that were approved by the Cabinet of the Virgin Islands to reopen on April 27 and subsequently approved by the Social Distancing Taskforce that they require a valid trade licence to operate.

The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has approved the following businesses to operate during the phased re-opening on Monday, April 27 as the Territory’s economy reboots internally.

Commercial fishers and farmers are encouraged to contact the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs to ensure that their businesses are regularised.
