Holders of multiple trade licenses can now have their licenses renewed in two days.

The public is advised that the Department of Trade, Investment, Promotion and Consumer Affairs will remain open to the public today Wednesday 21during the normal working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The public is advised that the office of the Department of Trade and Investment, Promotion and Consumer Affairs office will close on Wednesday, December 21, at 2:00 p.m. 

All registered participants of the SMART Business Academy entrepreneurial training series are advised that the final session will be held on Friday, December 9.

The British Virgin Islands has concluded an Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) investment promotion study tour in Jamaica.

All business owners in the Territory are reminded that the Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs is embarking on an educational campaign on the importance of business compliance.  Director of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs, Mrs. Karia Christopher stated, “The goal of this campaign is to educate the business community, inclusive of all businesses, on the importance of being compliant and raise awareness on the trade licensing process.”
