The Marine Safety Investigation and Reporting Authority (MSIRA) has published its Safety Investigation Report into the collision involving the motor vessel Mojaito, which occurred on the night of 26 July 2025 in the Sir Francis Drake Channel, south of Brandywine Bay, Tortola.
The Paraquita Bay Road, from H. Lavity Stoutt Community College to Hodges Creek, is closed to vehicular traffic until Wednesday, February 26th for concrete works. Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes.

The Government of the Virgin Islands is warning the public about false information circulating on social media claiming that citizens can receive up to $3,000 per month. The disinformation comes from a fake website mimicking a local media house. The government advises the public to rely on official, verified channels for accurate information.
