Premier Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley is on duty travel from May 28 to 31, 2025, to attend the Association of Caribbean States Heads of Government Conference in Colombia, focusing on regional integration, sustainability, and cooperation. During his absence, Deputy Premier Julian Fraser has been appointed to act as Premier and Minister of Finance, in line with the Virgin Islands Constitution.
