The Government of the Virgin Islands (GoVI), acting through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports (MEYAS), is inviting tenders for the Elmore Stoutt High School L-Shaped Roof Resealing Project located in Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to support the upkeep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Tuesday, 26th May, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Submission Requirements:
Submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the complete tender package and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Elmore Stoutt High School L-Shaped Roof Resealing Project”.
