The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenders for infrastructure rehabilitation works at Fort Burt, Tortola. The project includes demolition, drainage upgrades, pavement construction, and utility facilitation aimed at improving public access and enhancing stormwater management in the area.

The scope of works includes selective demolition to facilitate new construction, installation of road swales, pavement works, culvert wall extensions, and a 24-inch PVC drainage system. These upgrades are part of the Government’s ongoing commitment to strengthening infrastructure and supporting sustainable development across the Territory.

Interested tenderers must submit a completed Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, and supporting documentation demonstrating relevant experience, organizational structure, and statutory compliance. Full submission requirements are outlined in the tender documents.

Tender documents are available upon request via email to procurement@gov.vg with the subject line “Fort Burt Rehabilitation.” A virtual pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday, 4th December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. While not mandatory, attendance is encouraged to ensure full understanding of the project scope and site conditions.

Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 13th January 2026, and will be publicly opened at 11:30 a.m. the same day via WebEx. Access credentials will be provided to all participating tenderers.

The Government of the Virgin Islands does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and will not defray any costs incurred by tenderers.
